RETURNS AND REFUNDS We will exchange goods, despatch replacements or refund your payment provided
we are notified about the return/replacement within seven days of the receipt of your order and the original goods are returned to us as sold within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us on +44
(0)1929 426685 or via e-mail at swanage@macrow.com to inform us of your intention to return goods for replacement or refund.
AUCTION SITES We have noticed that some of the product purchased from this site has been appearing on various auction sites. Purchase from us with the
intention of re-selling on auction sites (or indeed any other commercial site) is considered a commercial transaction and thus does not fall within the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations.
We are not required to, and indeed will not, accept returns for refunds on any goods that have been offered for sale on commercial websites and auction sites.
OOAK TROLLBEADS SPECIAL OFFER The six for the price of five OOAK Trollbeads was a promtion offered by Macrow & Son. The purchase of a sixth bead
allows us to discount your order by the cost of a single bead. To qualify for this discount you must purchase six beads in a single order - this is not a loyalty scheme and cannot be spread
out over multiple orders. No refund will be offered on single beads returned from orders completed using this offer as in effect by returning a bead for refund invalidates the discount offer.
We will, of course, exchange a returned bead for another bead featured and available on our site for the same value. This offer closed on 1st November 2009. Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations
we will no longer be required to accept returns from this promotion after 13th December 2009.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS Your credit card details are accessed and stored by Protx - a secure third-party
online payment company using encrypted information on a secure server. Authorisation of credit card
payments is provided by Streamline, a division of NatWest.
